A pretty crummy week =(

So this week for the Birds was No Bueno! It started out pretty good, we spent the weekend in Duchesne. We went out there for Jordyn's bapstism on Saturday, it was really nice. Kyle did a great job and Jordy looked so pretty in her white dress. Breanne babysat seven of the grandkids while Kyle, Jamie, Kaelan, Brandon and I all went to the Vernal Derby. The Derby itself was pretty lame, but it was soooo nice just to get away from the kiddies for awhile (Thanks Brea) and hang out with our fav birds. So we had a good time visiting the Duchesne Birds and ended up bringing home a cute little bunny and our older boys of course =) We named the bunny Fros-teen(Kamrie), Thumper(Konner) and Llyod (Brandon& big boys) and bought him a really nice cage with all the fixings.
Meanwhile my brother moved out this weekend so we have been super busy this week, moving the boys into the basement. They love it, and call it the "man-cave" It is pretty cool, they have it set up really nice and the little ones will have their play-room back also. Later in the week Kasen started to run a pretty high fever, so I (mommy) stayed home with him on Thursday. While the little boys and I were napping, the dogs got through the gate and up to where the bunny was; they got the cage apart and killed the bunny. It was super sad and Kamrie was pretty devastated, Konner didnt quite understand it though. So we had Kaelan bury our new little friend and had to say goodbye =( I felt horrible, I should have put the cage up high where the dogs couldnt reach.......oh well, a lesson learned I guess.
So it is now Friday, TGIF. Kasen is feeling better and Kamrie had to sleep with mommy cause she was still to sad to sleep alone. I am taking Kaelan, Karson and Kamrie school shopping today and G-Ma Darlene is keeping the little boys. I am glad the week is over and soooooo ready for Fair week in Duchesne! Woo-hoo!!!!! Everyone say a prayer that Kaelan does good and stays safe, he is racing his dirt bike Monday night!
